Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

Please ensure you have viewed the product descriptions before completing your purchase.

All equipment may be returned, replaced or refunded provided it comes in the original packaging with invoice within 14 days of purchase date. Refunds cannot be provided in-store. Any returns are to be mailed to Offshoot Cafe Shop 2/480 Hay St, Perth WA 6000. Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping returns unless products are faulty, damaged or mispacked. We will process your return within 5 business days. Please note that PayPal may sometimes hold payments for a few days for clearance before funds are released.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept any returns unless it is damaged by courier.

Customs/International

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please refer to the available countries during check out. Courier company and cost will be calculated on checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Offshoot Coffee is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
