Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on domestic orders above $90 Australian dollars within Australia.

Domestic Shipping

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping Charges are calculated based on the Order Subtotal after all discounts have been applied.

Estimated delivery time (Metro) after dispatch

·         Standard - 2 to 6 business days.

·         Express - 1 to 2 business days.

Please allow extra business days to regional areas.

All orders shipped within Australia are via Australia Post unless stated otherwise.

All countries we ship to are available for selection at checkout, please be advised available countries are subject to change.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. Offshoot Coffee is not liable for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, delays, or charges incurred once the parcel arrives in the destination country.

Free shipping for pre paid and gift subscriptions is only available for Australian subscribers.

Packing Times

Orders are packed within 1 - 3 business days. Tracking number will be sent once orders are sent.

Pre-sale coffees will be sent within 1 -3 business days on day of roast specified.

Express shipping refers to the time with the courier and not the time for your order to be packed. For standard domestic shipping please allow ∼3 days for delivery.

Shipping times may be delayed during peak periods like Black Friday, EOFY, and Christmas. For the latest estimated delivery times, please refer to your tracking code.

All orders, including the ones placed during sales, will be roasted and fulfilled within the normal 1-3 business days, we cannot delay shipping or hold orders.

For delayed orders please use the subscription services.

Pickup orders option is available from our roastery:

Pickup times are:

Mon-Fri 7:00-15:00 (Excluding public holidays)

Once you place your order and select local pickup at checkout, it will be prepared and ready for collection within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions. Please bring your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your order.
