Background Information
Finca Aurora Machaca was established in 2011 by Jhony Machaca in the Caranavi region of Bolivia.
With 3.5 hectares of coffee planted on the nine-hectare farm, Jhony cultivates 4,000 Red Catuai trees, hand-harvesting the cherries from June to September.
Most of the coffee is naturally dried on raised beds, ensuring optimal flavour development.

The dedication to quality at Finca Aurora Machaca is evident in every cup, as Jhony’s attention to detail and careful processing methods bring out the best in this coffee.
With its fresh fruit flavours and complex sweetness, Aurora Machaca – Washed is the perfect balance of brightness and depth.
