The Supernatural process combines a short, controlled fermentation with slow drying on raised beds. This method enhances sweetness and fruit intensity while maintaining balance and clarity.
The result is a rich and indulgent espresso, opening with deep purple grape and plum jam notes, followed by a smooth and chocolatey Black Forest finish.
