Origin Story

Papaya, White Nectarine, Milk Choc
Country: Vietnam
Region: Da Lat, Lam Dong Province
Process: Natural
Variety: Catimor
Elevation: 1650 masl

Brim coffee is sourced from the picturesque Da Lat region in Lam Dong Province, Vietnam.
Nestled at an elevation of 1650 meters above sea level, this region provides the ideal conditions for cultivating exceptional Catimor coffee.
The fertile soil and unique microclimate contribute to the distinct characteristics of this remarkable coffee.
For this micro lot, Brim Coffee House worked closely with ethnic minority farmers who carefully hand pick and hand sort red, ripe coffee cherries.
These cherries then undergo a natural sun drying process on hand-woven bamboo nets for approximately 30 days.
The natural processing method, combined with the careful selection and handling of the cherries, ensures that the coffee maintains its fruity and complex flavour profile.
Brim Coffee House, founded in 2015, is committed to satisfying all coffee lovers by maintaining the highest quality and perfection in every cup.
Their dedication to sustainable sourcing and meticulous processing stages reflects their pride in bringing the best “from farm to cup.”

The selection, washing, and floating of the coffee cherries are crucial steps, especially when keeping the whole fruit on the beans during drying.
The natural processing of arabica beans presents challenges due to climatic conditions, such as rainfall and high humidity, which can cause uncontrolled fermentation or mold development.
To ensure a clean result, extra attention is given to planning and weather forecasts, as well as maintaining proper air circulation during the drying process.
Brim Coffee House's dedication to producing clean, fruity, and complex natural processed coffee is evident in this exceptional Catimor micro lot.
The flavours of papaya, white nectarine, and milk chocolate are a testament to their commitment to quality and sustainability.
