This is our second year of releasing the cinnamon donut blend.
As the name suggests, this coffee tastes just like our favourite pastry!
The coffee is 50% processed with cinnamon on a farm level by one of Colombia’s most famous producers – Jairo Arcila.
To tame this coffee and give you a sweet sugar-doughy body we paired it with 50% Mexican coffee from the Chiapas region.

This coffee was grown by at the farm Villarazo.
The coffee was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 72 hours with the pulp on.
During this fermentation stage, cinnamon sticks and tartaric acid were added.
The cherries were then pulped and placed to dry on raised beds until ideal moisture content was achieved.
