His work focuses on refining fermentation techniques, exploring unique varieties and continuously improving the way coffee is produced at the farm. This dedication to innovation has helped position Finca El Mirador as one of the most exciting sources of specialty coffee in Huila.

Like the Tabi release, this coffee is carefully honey processed and dried slowly to develop sweetness and depth while preserving clarity.
The espresso profile opens with bright marmalade citrus and juicy red grape notes, before settling into a smooth and lingering demerara sugar sweetness that gives the cup both structure and comfort.
