Background Information
Produced by Jairo Arcila at Finca Santa Mónica, this Pink Bourbon is a perfect showcase of innovation in Colombian coffee. Cherries are harvested at optimal ripeness, then undergo a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with dried rose petals added to the mix. This unique co-ferment enhances the natural floral complexity of the variety while deepening sweetness and structure.

After fermentation, the coffee is pulped and dried as a honey process under precise temperature control. The result? A beautifully perfumed cup with clarity, brightness, and a tea-like mouthfeel.

Rose Tea is an elegant sensory experience—subtle, floral, and composed. A filter coffee that lingers long after the last sip.
