About the Lot
Las Virginias is a farm that works in harmony with its environment. Coffee trees are planted within the natural landscape rather than replacing it, allowing biodiversity and natural soil cycles to thrive.
For this washed Geisha lot, cherries are picked at full ripeness, carefully sorted and processed with precision. The coffee undergoes pulping, mechanical de mucilage and a final fermentation before being slowly dried in low temperature mechanical dryers for up to 70 hours.
This controlled approach to drying ensures stability, clarity and longevity in the cup.
The result is a beautifully composed filter coffee with plum depth, bright pomelo citrus and a soft brown sugar sweetness. Clean, refined and effortlessly elegant, this is a Geisha that rewards attention and keeps you coming back for another sip.
