About the Producer

Topidi Malino coffee traces its roots back to the village of Topidi, where farmers first set out in 2006 to elevate the quality of their crops. Through determination and careful cultivation on fertile volcanic soils, they have steadily grown their reputation. Their quality was formally recognised in the 2021 Indonesia Cup of Excellence, where they achieved ninth and eleventh place rankings.

About the Lot

Grown at 1400 to 1500 masl, this hybrid washed Typica undergoes controlled fermentation and careful drying, bringing forward its plush plum sweetness, black tea structure and muscovado richness. It is balanced, comforting and quietly complex.

For Filter/Batch Brew, we suggest 1:16 coffee to water ratio as a starting point.
