About the Producer

Patio Bonito is a family run farm in Caldono, Cauca led by Carlos Arturo Trujillo, who has dedicated nearly fifty years to coffee cultivation. His daughter Paola, a trained cupper and former buyer in Nariño and Huila, returned to the farm in 2022 and has transformed their approach to processing. With her experience and Carlos’s lifelong agronomic skill, the farm now produces some of the most expressive lots in the region.

The Trujillo family tend thirteen varieties across forty seven thousand trees, including Gesha, Pink Bourbon, Java, Sidra, Laurina, Wush Wush and Pacamara. They focus on thoughtful soil management, food security and sustainable farming practices, keeping their operation grounded in responsibility and long term quality.


This natural Pacamara showcases the variety’s bold character at its best. Careful cherry selection, controlled drying on raised beds and a deep attention to detail bring out layers of grape sweetness, honeyed pear and nostalgic cereal like fruit tones. It is vibrant, fragrant and full of life, shaped by the farm’s high elevation and the Trujillo family’s dedication to precision and innovation.
