It all starts in Vietnam at Brim Coffee House, where the team selects and washes only the finest cherries.
They put extra care into the natural processing, especially given the challenging climate with its high humidity and rainfall. 🌧️
The cherries are kept intact during drying, then undergoes an anaerobic fermentation, which brings out those lovely fruity qualities, complexity, and intense aroma. 🍓🍫
But we didn’t stop there!
Our in-house "Roast Daddies" had some fun infusing it with actual Bourbon Whiskey 🥃 to amplify its rich and complex flavours.
The result? A bold and spirited espresso blend with a touch of whiskey magic.
