Background Information
Roger Antonio Domínguez Márquez is a young and ambitious coffee producer from La Paz, Marcala, Honduras.
Inheriting his family’s midsize farms in the early 1990s, Roger has expanded and refined his coffee production to focus on quality and precision.
Roger owns three parcels of land, each spanning 3–5 hectares, and situated at an altitude of 1,300–1,500 meters, ideal for growing exceptional coffee.
He cultivates a mix of heirloom varieties, including Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra, all carefully managed to ensure the highest standards of quality.
This lot is a natural process coffee, meticulously dried under Roger’s watchful eye. The cherries are left to dry slowly, allowing the beans to absorb the fruity sweetness from the pulp.
The result is a coffee that beautifully highlights the vibrant fruit and chocolate notes inherent to the Catuai Rojo variety.
