San Lorenzo is a 5-hectare farm owned and operated by Roxana Chambi in the Caranavi province of La Paz, Bolivia.
Founded in 2019, San Lorenzo sits at an altitude of 1550 masl, where the high elevation and rich soils provide the perfect conditions for growing exceptional coffee.
At San Lorenzo, coffee cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness and then naturally dried under the sun to achieve the perfect moisture content.
This careful drying process allows the inherent sweetness and complexity of the cherries to shine through in the final cup.
