Sakoko" is a micro-lot coffee composed of Catimor, Caturra, and Typica varieties.
True to the tradition of Timor-Leste, it is shade-grown and organically farmed.
After being picked, the coffee undergoes natural processing on raised drying tables or patios the same day.
Once the moisture content reaches ideal levels, the parchment is taken to Railaco Station for milling, density sorting, color sorting, and hand-sorting
to ensure only the best beans are selected for export.
