Background Information
This exquisite Gesha coffee is produced by Wilton Benitez, a name synonymous with excellence and innovation in the coffee industry.
Wilton's dedication to quality and his pioneering processing techniques set his coffees apart. This coffee comes from the region of Cauca in the south of Colombia, an area known for its relatively flat terrain compared to other Colombian growing regions.
This unique geographical feature allows for more consistent growing conditions, enhancing the quality of the coffee.

Wilton's exotic varietals are harvested at Granja Paraiso 92 and Finca La Macarena, neighbouring farms that benefit from the region's optimal conditions.
The team at Wilton's farms picks cherries with an impressive 95% ripeness, ensuring only the best cherries are processed.
The cherries are brought to his state-of-the-art processing facility located at the highest point of the property, offering an incredible view of the Colombian massif.
Here, the coffees are fermented, depulped, washed, and dried with the utmost care. Wilton also packs his coffee on-site, ensuring that every step of the process is controlled to maintain the highest quality standards.

Wilton Benitez's commitment to excellence and his innovative approach to coffee processing shine through in every cup of this Gesha coffee.
Enjoy the delightful complexity and exquisite balance of "Wilton Benitez - Gesha," a true testament to the skill and dedication of its producer.
