Background Information
The Yinhui Coffee Estate is nestled in Guangbiezhongzhai, Menglian County, in Pu’er City, one of the core regions for Yunnan coffee production.
Covering an impressive 2,300 acres, the estate is supported by around 200 coffee growers, with Catimor T7963, T5175, PT688, and Yellow Bourbon being the primary varieties grown.
Founded by the visionary Hui Li, Yinhui Coffee Estate has a mission that goes beyond coffee production.
Hui Li’s journey began with a desire to uplift her community from poverty and transform the lives of the villagers in her hometown.
She sought training from Nestlé agronomists, equipping herself with the knowledge and techniques to revolutionise coffee farming in her village.
Hui returned home and led her community to focus on strict quality control and sustainable practices, helping establish Yinhui Coffee Estate as a producer of consistently high-quality coffees.

Processing Details
The Natural processing method amplifies the coffee’s vibrant flavours.
After careful harvesting, the cherries are dried with their fruit intact, allowing the sugars to infuse into the beans, resulting in a cup that’s rich with wine-like depth, dried fruit sweetness, and a subtle cacao nib bitterness.
Yinhui’s meticulous approach to cultivation and processing is a testament to Hui Li’s commitment to excellence and her drive to uplift her community through coffee.
