Yinhui Coffee Estate is located in the core production area of Yunnan coffee, Guangbiezhongzhai, Mangzhang Village, Nayun Township, Menglian County, Pu'er, Yunnan Province, China. The average altitude of the area is 1,400 meters, the average annual temperature is 17.3 ℃, and the annual precipitation is 2,012 millimeters. Yinhui Coffee Estate now has a planting area of about 2,300 acres, with around 200 coffee growers, mainly planting coffee varieties such as Catimor T7963, T5175, PT688, Yellow Bourbon, and etc. The founder of Yinhui Coffee Estate, Hui LI, is a female producer. Due to the fact that the villages in her hometown are relatively backward, miserable, and poor, she had the idea of changing the village's status quo and leading the villagers to develop to change their lives. Therefore, she decided to go to Nestlé to receive trainings from the agronomists in order to improve her knowledge and skills. After mastering the techniques of coffee plantation reclamation, coffee planting and processing, she returned to the village and led the villagers to plant coffee, and keep strict quality control. Because of this, Yinhui Coffee Estate has been able to consistently produce high-quality coffee every year.
